How this pair is put together

The line of the leg falls straight from the hip down past the knee, resting cleanly over work boots or heavy shoes. We built this five pocket denim with elastane blended into the cotton yarn so the cloth gives when you climb into a truck or crouch. A deep rinse keeps the surface dark.

Four things worth knowing

Stretch denim cloth

Cotton blended with synthetic yarns gives the twill weave strength and recoverability. The cloth yields as you move, holds its shape through the afternoon, and comes out of the home wash and dryer ready for wear.

Internal flex waistband

The waistband expands and recovers as you sit, bend, or load cargo. We set the interior elastic so the waistband sits flat against the belt line without bunching or binding across the hips.

Reinforced five pocket layout

We anchor the curved front scoop pockets, the coin pocket, and the back patch pockets with heavy topstitching. The back pockets are cut plain without decorative embroidery to keep the rear clean.

Finished dark rinse

The dark rinse leaves the twill deep blue with minimal washing, highlighted only by traditional contrast stitching along the seams. A zipper fly and sturdy top button secure the front closure.
