What this site is
This site presents our catalogue and explains how the trousers are made and sized. It is information, not an offer to sell. No contract is formed here. Any purchase is a contract between you and our retail partner, under their terms.
Accuracy
Style details, sizes and images come from our own records and from the partner's listings, and we check the numbers against the catalogue when the pages are built. Even so, prices and availability move on the partner's side without warning, and the figure shown on their listing at the moment you pay is the one that counts.
Using what is on the page
The text, layout and photography here are ours or licensed to us. Quote a paragraph with a link if it is useful to you. Copying the catalogue wholesale to stand up a rival site is not on.
Liability
We give this information in good faith and take reasonable care with it. We are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a page here, and we are not responsible for what happens on the partner's site, which we neither run nor control.
