One address reaches us: [email protected]. It is read by people who know the trousers, and we answer questions about cloth, cut, waistbands, sizing and what the difference is between two styles that look alike.

Where the letters go

Post reaches the workroom at 247 West 37th Street, Suite 802, New York, NY 10018. That is a desk, not a shop: no counter, no rail and nothing to try on, so turning up in person would be a wasted trip.

Do not send a pair back to that address either. A return goes to our retail partner, who holds the record of what you bought and what you paid for it.

What we cannot help with

We do not hold your order. If you have paid for a pair and want to know where it is, change the address, cancel it or send it back, that conversation belongs with our retail partner, because they hold the record and we do not. Writing to us first only costs you a day.

We also have no way to look up prices or stock. Both sit with the partner and both move.
