Who sends the parcel

We do not hold stock and we do not send parcels. When you pick a pair on this site and click through, you land with our retail partner, and everything from that point is theirs: the payment, the packing, the carrier and the tracking.

Where to find the actual terms

Delivery options, costs and estimated dates are shown on the partner's own listing for the exact waist and inseam you choose, before you pay. They vary by size, by colour and by where you are, which is exactly why we do not print a figure here: any number we quoted would be a guess about somebody else's business.

Once the order is placed, the partner's account pages carry the tracking and the expected date. That is the only record there is.

What we can do
