If the fit misses

When a pair is not right

The policy is the partner's

Because the sale happens with our retail partner, sending a pair back is arranged with them, under the policy attached to your order. They decide what is accepted, within what window, and how the money goes back. We have no view of your order and no way to act on it.

The policy is shown on the listing before you pay and again in your order record afterwards. It is worth a look if the size is a close call.

Getting the size right the first time

Most trousers go back because of the numbers rather than the cloth. Measure a pair you already like, laid flat, rather than measuring your leg. If your waist lands between two sizes, take the smaller one in a style with an expanding waistband and the larger one without.

The tables show which waist and inseam pairings each section actually carries, so you can see whether your combination exists before you order.

If something is wrong with the garment

A fault in the making is our concern as well as theirs. Raise it with the partner so the order record shows it, then write to [email protected] with the style and what went wrong. That is how a fault reaches the people who can change it.
